James Watson

With 30 years in real estate, Jim Watson offers a unique
perspective on how get started ? and succeed ? in this dynamic
eld. For 17 years he has trained and mentored students at
institutions spanning NYU, the City College of New York and
the New York Real Estate Institute, where he is a member of the
teaching team.
Jim has helped thousands of aspiring salespersons, brokers and
investors seeking a NYS real estate license, and is proud of his
students? 95 pass rate. He also teaches courses to real estate
investors targeting income-generating properties for their
portfolios. Jim manages private investment properties, and as
a licensed NYS Home Inspector with extensive construction
experience, brings a skilled eye to evaluating property values.
Complimenting his practical experience with academic, analytical
rigor, Jim earned a BA at the University of Bu alo, an MA from
the University of Florida Gainesville and a graduate research
fellowship with the University of Pennsylvania.
