Jamie Rathermel

Jamie Rathermel is a go-getter. She is passionate about real estate and loves helping people find their match - whether it be their first home, their new home in Nashville, or their investment property - she has the knowledge and the drive to make it happen!

Coming from a real estate investing family, Jamie grew up flipping houses with her parents and has moved on to establish her own investment portfolio with her husband Chris. Jamie relocated to Nashville 6 years ago to pursue her MBA at Vanderbilt University, where she focused her studies on Real Estate and Entrepreneurship so that she could better serve the clients she works with on a daily basis.

In her spare time, Jamie loves to spend time on the beautiful lakes around Middle TN. She is an avid boater and loves anything to do with the water. Additionally, she loves taking her dog Sam on walks around different neighborhoods - it's the perfect way to explore the city and find new "hidden gems"!
