Hello my name is Janet Bednarek, I am a Real Estate Broker in the Chicago land area, and I specialize in assisting buyers and sellers in Downers Grove, Woodridge, Naperville, Batavia, Geneva and St. Charles IL, also referred to as the Fox Valley Area. 

I work for EXIT Real Estate Partners. I own and manage an investment property in Geneva and have been helping families find homes for 23 years. I reside in St. Charles IL.  I am married to Allen 36 years and have raised Christopher, Daniel and Caitlyn. I enjoy running with my dogs Layla and Danny Boy on the many nearby trails. I was team mom for the Tri-city Youth Football League; I have run for Charity with Susan G Komen, Relay for Life, Fox Valley Half Marathon twice, Chicago Marathon 2012. I love to watch Hockey and served 5 years on the St Charles High School Hockey Board as Secretary and Registrar.
