 Janice has been in the Real Estate industry for 30+ years. With real estate certifications in staging, negotiations, short sales, and designation as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist. Previously, her elected position as a library board trustee gave her knowledge of working together with the community, understanding the feeling and need for change for the better for all. Janice and her husband have been real estate investors for over 25 years and share that knowledge with her clients today. Her early years as a real estate agent in the Chicagoland real estate market gave her a vast understanding of the varying markets and the needs of today's buyers. This invaluable experience has made her no stranger to responsibility and efficiency and makes her exceptionally qualified to intimately personalize her approach to every client's unique and specific needs.  Janice lives in Houston with her husband, Kevin, who works in the construction industry, and her Goldendoodle, Teddy. Janice has two sons Anthony & Sergio, with his wife, Meghann. You will find her enjoying walks with Teddy & biking at Buffalo Bayou Park & spending time with family and friends in her free time. She has participated in sponsored 5K's and enjoys fitness, health, and gardening.
