I have lived in Manteca for 20 year's and have been a licensed real estate sales person since 2005. My career started in Los Gatos CA now I am providing my service for the Central Valley.My skill set is based 90 percent door knocking. Over the years I have established trust and commitment with all of my clients which results in closing transactions. I have been married for more than 25 years and have three wonderful daughters. I enjoy sports, fishing, camping and muscle cars. There are two favorite hobbies of mine that I have enjoyed for many years raising reptiles and fishing. Coffee is for closers and I  have a very high  closing rate  with all my transactions and a full pot of coffee remember you cannot teach success you have to earn it.
