I'm Jennie Treadway, a Real Estate Broker and co-owner of EXIT Realty Tri-Cities. I have a genuine love for my clients and I'm always willing to go the extra mile to provide them with exceptional service. It's truly rewarding to help people achieve their real estate goals.

One aspect of my career that I find particularly fulfilling is teaching and mentoring new agents. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with others, helping them grow and succeed in the real estate business. Seeing their progress and knowing that I've made a positive impact on their careers is incredibly gratifying.

Outside of work, I have a wonderful husband named Steve, and we have been blessed with two beautiful daughters. Family is incredibly important to me, and I treasure the time we spend together.

I also have a deep passion for the mountains and the great outdoors. There's something magical about being surrounded by nature, and it's where I find solace and inspiration. Exploring the mountains and embracing the adventures they offer brings me immense joy and fulfillment.
