Jennifer Duggan

Hi,

I am Jennifer Duggan with Exit Realty Group.  I have been a licensed Realtor since 2009.  I can help you to buy or sell real estate anywhere in Iowa.  I really like helping first time homebuyers find a house that fits their needs for now and for the future.  I work hard to find what my client wants that is within their financial means.  Guiding and educating you in you in the home buying and selling process is my job, not pressuring you.               

I grew up in the country just north of Wilton.  I attended Wilton schools and graduated from Wilton High School in 1998.  I moved to Muscatine in 1999 where I continued to attend Muscatine Community College until 2000 as an understudy in pre-veterinary medicine.  In 2001 I joined the 109th Army National Guard ASMB in Iowa City.  I received the remainder of my education at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio Texas and Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington DC graduating in July 2002 as a Medical Laboratory Technician.  I joined Unity Health Systems in Sept of 2002 as a Medical Laboratory Technician.  From March 2003 to April 2004 I was deployed to Iraq to assist with Operation Iraqi Freedom.  I became a board certified Medical Laboratory Technician in 2005.  In 2007 it was time for a change so I joined LabCorp as a Medical Laboratory Technician until May of 2016 when I decided it was time for change again and became a fulltime Realtor.   

Going forward I plan to continue expanding my knowledge of real estate.
