I was moving from Nashville to the Denver area. Several realtors reached out in response to my online exploration of properties of interest in the area. She was totally unobtrusive, responded to my questions, and learned a lot about my interests before I had the opportunity to view some properties with her. This was a well-planned and efficient use of my time, after which she continued to look on my behalf when I was back in Tennessee. Never before have I had an agent that cares about our well being as much as Jennifer does. During our inspection, she pointed out safety hazards for our two small children (2 and 3 years) and expertly negotiated during the inspection phase to get these remedied. Not only that, but she was able to negotiate payment for a professional cleaning on closing day when we did our final walk through and the house was much filthier than we had last seen the place during the inspection. Jennifer is always looking for ways to take care of us, even when we don't ask. The seller sent us minimal information about our neighborhood dues. We don't actually have an HOA since we're in a more rural area. I had just accepted that we would need to figure this out after we bought the property thinking that it was the best we were going to get. Jennifer took it upon herself (without me even mentioning it) to get in contact with the neighborhood president and get us full details for what the dues were along with putting in contact with her. Also, we discovered that our home-to-be had two different addresses (one for the post office and one for 911). Jennifer also took action for this and made sure that we had consolidated down to a single address by the time we moved in. I can't say enough good about Jennifer. A little bit about Jennifer Gaines -

I worked as a Corporate HR Benefits Consultant for many years and decided to take my love for working closely with people, focusing on solving problems and troubleshooting, to a higher level and changed my career to Real Estate. My husband and two daughters and I love experiencing the outdoors and traveling. The four of us love scuba diving as a family, I personally love to entertain, wine tasting, gardening, yoga, water skiing, and my love for animals.

My clients have an advantage - I pride myself in going above and beyond by thinking OUTSIDE of the box, I am excellent at guiding them through their real estate transactions and keeping them focused on their goals, which can be an emotional process. My clients also benefit from my husband's 25+ years in the construction trade, including building custom and semi-custom homes and completing many remodeling/renovation projects.
