I believe this because Ive spent my entire career in various forms of sales, both direct to business and direct to consumer, working very closely with many different customers. From my college days serving shoppers on the selling floor of Macys Herald Square, to working with Senior Buyers of nationwide top tier retail chains, to living and working in Southeast Asia, no matter who my customer was, I learned, they all had their story.

As I spent more time with my customers, I would ask more questions. The more curious I was, the better I got to know their deepest challenges or their wants and needs, and sometimes even their fears. My 20+ years working with customers of various backgrounds has instilled my belief that people dont want to be sold. They wanted to be authentically heard , understood and valued. Through this belief, I build relationships based on trust, and collaborate with my customers to find solutions that are best fit to serve them.

What I do today, helping people purchase and sell their homes so they can take their next step in life, (whether relocating from another state, upsizing, downsizing, retiring or just getting a fresh start ) is a culmination of all I have learned.

As a homeowner in Rocky Point for the past ten years, I have gained a deep understanding of the many factors that influence Real Estate decisions. Having lived in the city for most of my life, I started craving a change of scenery and an idyllic setting to lay down roots with my husband. Although we spent quite a bit of time in my husbands hometown of Hicksville, my craving led us to discover Rocky Point and the surrounding areas of Long Islands North Shore.

We were drawn to the beautiful beaches along the Long Island Sound, the sprawling Pine Barrens Nature Preserve and the close proximity to incredible North Fork Vineyards, Farm Stands and top-rated schools. We were also drawn to the strong sense of community, which we felt before we even moved in! I love living here so much, I wanted to help others create their happy life on the North Shore too!

It was such a delight to work with Jennifer; she was encouraging, supportive and always available to address my concerns, answer my questions and discuss ideas with me.
