Jennifer Mencl

My name is Jennifer Mencl and I am a real estate agent in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  Although I assist buyers and sellers throughout the Pikes Peak Region, Security-Widefield is my area of expertise.  This neighborhood is located in the southeast corner of Colorado Springs, not far from the Fort Carson Army Base and has grown in population over 16 in the last year alone. 

As a real estate agent at EXIT Realty Mountain View, I have access to in-depth teaching, training and coaching in specialties such as negotiation, market knowledge, and personality types all of which help to serve you better.  I am also a member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), Colorado Association of REALTORS (CAR), and the Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS (PPAR) which gives me access to some of the most current market information available at both the national and local levels.  I am constantly tapping into these resources because I believe it?s critical for my clients to have the guidance of a competent agent in such a dynamic and continually changing real estate market.

Prior to becoming a licensed real estate agent, I spent over 8 years working as a designer in residential architecture here in Colorado.  Although not originally from here, my passion for the great outdoors (running, mountain biking, skiing and camping to name a few) brought me here upon college graduation over 14 years ago.  However, it was my time spent as a residential designer where I developed a true passion for the places we call home.  And, I believe, this previous experience gives me quite a unique perspective in assisting others with finding or selling their next home.
