My name is Jessica Blodgett, You can call me Jess. I grew up in the New England, in a small town of central Vermont, dreaming of living in a warmer climate through those long winter months.   In 2003, I decided to move to Florida, after falling in love with the ocean, the warm sun and all that this beautiful state has to offer. As an animal lover I find joy in the Florida wildlife preserves and the numerous natural parks and especially the ocean that had drawn me in from the start.

 Soon after my move here, I started working in Real Estate as an Office Assistant and I fell in love with the business, especially the part where I get to help others.  I decided to turn that love of the Real Estate business into a career as a Licensed Sales Representative with EXIT Beach Realty.  I chose the EXIT Beach Realty Team as they have the best training in the area and the backing to ensure that every transaction is a smooth one.  As a local Realtor, it is an honor to help you to find your New Address in the Sunshine State.
