Jill Hydrick

My name is Jill Skawinski and I am a dedicated professional here to assist you whether you are selling or buying a home, relocating to the Columbia area, or discovering the perfect property to build on. With an emphasis in Lexington/Richland School District Five property sales, I specialize on homes in the Irmo area as well as Chapin, Lake Murray, and Lexington. 

With my professional work experience as an accountant, I have demonstrated that I am diligent, hard working, and detail oriented. I continue to use these same skills to make sure I exceed your real estate expectations. I take pride in the fact that my clients appreciate my passion for listening to their needs and goals while consistently answering their questions from start to finish. In my spare time, I play league tennis and love being active and challenge myself to try new workouts. I also enjoy the outdoors so you may find me working in my garden, hiking to waterfalls, or out discovering our beautiful national parks. In addition to my active lifestyle, I volunteer my time with the Girl Scouts, the womens group at Our Lady of the Hills Catholic Church, and the Foundation Fighting Blindness.
