While residing in New Jersey, I became involved in real estate maintenance
and after several years decided to move into the management part of the
Condominium/Homeowner Associations and became more involved with
the homeowners. Moving to the Myrtle Beach area 20 years ago I retired
from this business. However, deciding it was time to do something more
with my life, I explored the real estate opportunities. I took formal classes,
passed all appropriate exams, got my South Carolina state license, and
have hit the road running.

Over the years I have been involved in various volunteer work for my
community such as 20 years as a member of the local Volunteer Fire
Department in New Jersey. After moving to the Myrtle Beach area, I
volunteered at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center for nine years in the
emergency department. I am heavily involved with volunteer work with my
church and their various community charitable programs.
