Jodi L. Fabrizio-Clontz

Jodi Fabrizio-Clontz has been a licensed REALTOR for the State of Maryland since 2002. Jodi is committed to providing each one of her many grateful clients with the very best customer service to be found.

Jodi started her real estate journey with a small brokerage and developed one on one training. After two years of working under that brokerage, she moved on to a large brokerage (Long & Foster) in the Kentlands, which is in North Potomac, Maryland. Jodi worked for that brokerage for two years before moving on to REMAX. Jodi was successfully doing real estate in addition to holding a full-time job. Jodi moved two years ago to EXIT Realty in Mt. Airy, Maryland. She has a lot of interest in the interior designing process. She has on her bucket list to one day flip at least one home.

Jodi holds two designations, one as an Accredited Buyers Agent and the other as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist. Prior to getting her real estate license, she worked over 13 years in the mortgage banking industry and worked in several areas of originations (processing, underwriting, loan officer, quality control) and worked in the servicing area of mortgage banking doing assumptions, payoffs, collections, and investor reporting. With all this combined experience, it gives her an edge over the typical real estate expert. Jodi love representing both buyers and sellers. Her favorite is the first-time home buyers who find their first forever home and helping the Seniors transition to their next steps in life. Both buyers and sellers require patience and care and the ability to be sensitive to their needs. Jodi has a track record of providing that service.

Jodi grew up in the Gaithersburg area and has lived in Montgomery County most of her life. In 2006 she moved to the Frederick County area and resides in that County now.

Jodi primarily sells in Montgomery County and Frederick County and boast that majority of her business is based on repeat and referral clients. One of many reasons for this excellent client loyalty is, believes Jodi provides high quality of service. She specializes in providing one-on-one service with our clients, she says. We do not hand them off to anyone else, we take them through the process, and were very involved with them.

Jodi understands the value of continuing education when it comes to the real estate industry, and to that end strives to stay on top of the ever-evolving changes that happen in the State of Maryland market. I stay on top of everything in the market, she says, and I apply all that 'I've learned not only in real estate but from my prior career in everything I do and it serves my clients very well, whether its preparing a client to be a strong buyer, to being on the selling side and presenting their properties properly and getting the most amount of money for them.

Staying in touch with her past clients figures prominently into their loyalty, Jodi believes. I try to stay in front of my clients and be available as their resource for all things real estate related.

Savvy marketing that combines tried and true formats with cutting edge technology ensures that Jodi's listings get the attention they deserve. I try and do everything, she says, from every form of social media and online advertising, word of mouth, and networking. She makes sure that each of her listings reach potential buyers everywhere; local national and global.

When she's not working, Jodi enjoys spending time with her husband Greg, daughter Michela and her son-in-law Elliot and dog Bear or just hanging around by the pool and with the family.

As for the future, Jodi plans are to continue expanding her Real Estate business and creating a team. She looks forward to growing smartly, adding agents to the team, and the opportunity to share her hard-earned wisdom. I like to mentor new agents, she says, and impart some of my knowledge to them so they can experience what I'm experiencing in a positive and successful way.

Despite her financial success, its the people she gets to work with that provides the most satisfaction for Jodi. I love connecting with people, she says and helping them buy and sell properties and build out their real estate portfolios. Even though its a product were selling, its really all about connecting and helping people.
