John Gillam

John Gillam, ABR, DREI, GSL, is a 3rd generation real estate broker. After working in social services for several years, John began in real estate, managing a firm, in 2000. since then he has grown his knowledge base to both teach, and service general residential, commercial and farm / ranch and is licensed in both CO & NM. He began teaching pre-license courses in 2004 and found a passion for working with brokers in realizing the importance of the role they play in their communities. He tries to develop greater understanding of how brokers may better protect themselves and their clients through a stronger knowledge of their relationships, contracts, and exploring broader options for their clients and knowing how to best communicate those options.

John continues to be active with the Realtor organization, as a national instructor teaching and presenting at local, state, and national classes and conferences. He has esrmed multiple designations for areas of specialty in both his real estate practive and as am instructor, influding being a GSL, which allows him to instruct kther real estate educstors around the US on how to maintain best practices. He is firm believer in giving back to your community and in supporting his fellow Realtors in always raising the bar!
