Jonathan DesRoches

Jonathan has called Fredericton home his whole life. He loves the beauty of the city and the small town feel with some bigger city amenities. Jonathan brings to Exit Realty Advantage a unique combination of skills, education, experience, and passions that will serve his clients well. Jonathan has owned a general contracting company in Fredericton for the past five years, and before that was involved in his fathers contracting business since the age of twelve. Over the past nine years Jonathan has pursued his educational dreams and has attained both BA and MDiv degrees and is currently enrolled part time in a MA in Counselling Psychology. Prior to re-entering studies Jonathan worked in the financing field, brokering deals for both heavy equipment and residential mortgages. In addition to his experience in the housing market, Jonathan brings to the table a unique passion for people that has allowed him to invest significant time into mentoring young people in the city of Fredericton and across the country. Jonathan believes that more than his experience, education, and skills, his love of people is what will drive him in serving his clients well in all their Real Estate Needs.
