Meet Jordan Epperson, your Gulf Coast Realtor.

Born and raised in Kansas City Missouri, Jordan found her passion in Real Estate while working full time at her local credit union. When advising clients of the best way to invest their money she quickly learned that she wanted to put her knowledge to the test. At just 24 years old she purchased her first investment property and got to work on renovations. After 12 months of hard work her first investment property went to a young military family, the rest is history!

Jordan always dreamed of living on the Gulf Coast due to her passion for water and wildlife. So naturally, she created a roadmap to make her way from her hometown in Kansas City Missouri to Gulf Shores Alabama. She watched as the Kansas City Skyline faded in the distance as she went to begin her new life! 

 After embarking on her new journey she immediately jumped into getting her Real Estate license. Her business quickly took off when clients started relating to her journey.
