Raised in Canada, George Fernandez had the opportunity to experience various environments, from the Prairies of Saskatchewan to the Cities of Toronto and Montreal. Fluent in English, Spanish, French and Italian now he has dedicated his last 18 years serving buyers and sellers reach their Real Estate goals as this became his passion. George is a traveler and he is knowledgeable about various areas in NJ, his business is not limited to one area however most of his clients have concentrated in Union County where he has spent all his Real Estate Carrier. 

 

George Fernandez is very interested in educating himself in Real Estate, he strongly believes that in order to provide the client with the best guidance and advise, knowledge is the best tool. He was certified as Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist in 2009, then in 2013 he got his certification in Commercial Real Estate, he experienced the commercial area mostly in Industrial, Medical and Office spaces. Finally 2017 he obtained his Broker License looking to expand his knowledge and professional experiences.  George Fernandez is recognized among his colleagues for his knowledge, charisma and his urge to help, he actively participates in community activities that include the Taste of Union, Knights of Columbus in North Bergen and St Martin's Brotherhood in West New York.
