Josh Laslovich has lived in Montana his entire life. He considers it the ONLY place he wants to live and thrive in life!

He has been investing in real estate property since 2003. He specializes in 1st time home buyers and relocation. He has in-depth knowledge of the Missoula area, including Frenchtown and the Bitterroot Valley. He also has knowledge of the Georgetown Lake/Philipsburg areas, including owning an investment property at Georgetown.

Josh taught high school English in Missoula County Public Schools for 14 years. He has extensive knowledge of the area because of his time as a teacher, coach and son of a local business owner. His education, an undergraduate degree from the University of Montana-Western in Dillon and a Master's Degree from the University of Montana, has provided him a deep background in technology which has transferred to the ability to market and find homes for his clientele.

He is a member of the Missoula Organization of Realtors, the Montana Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Josh has participated in fundraisers for great groups like Special Olympics Montana, Relay for Life, March of Dimes and Pennies for Patients through the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Josh Laslovich has lived in Montana his entire life, over thirty years of that time spent in Missoula. He believes in Missoula, not only is it where he has carved his niche, but where he and his wife, also a lifelong Montanan, have chosen to raise their two wonderful boys. He and his family enjoy all that Missoula and Montana has to offer. Recreating in the great outdoors; whether fishing the great streams, rivers and lakes, hiking in areas surrounding Missoula, skiing the many world class ski areas or hunting big game;Josh loves the world he lives in and wants you to enjoy the same.

Josh Laslovich bases his life on the tenets of hard work, honesty, character, knowledge and humility. He is known for his work ethic and willing to go the extra mile, beyond just due diligence, in order to make your experience as pleasant as possible.
