My name is Josh Lind, I'm a local Broker/owner with Exit Realty Great Falls  here in Great Falls, MT.  I have been in the industry since 2011, but grew up in the industry being a son of a broker.  I pride myself in real estate on the ability to change and adapt to the needs and wants of my clients while still being able to give them honest assessment and truth even though it might not bare immediate results.  I see myself more as an real estate advisor that's there for you even when we are not in a deal, to answer and give advice for years after my clients close on their home. 

In real estate, I believe education and investment in your craft separates a good Realtor from an amazing Realtor.  I hold multiple designations from NAR that I believe helps me to be more of an expert for clients.  I currently hold the ABR, CRS, CIPS, GRI, & E-PRO designations, and specialize most in investment multi family properties, but i am experienced in every form of real estate.
