My name is Karen Totty, I am a residential real estate agent  with EXIT Realty Sun City in Sun City Arizona.  I specialize in helping buyers, sellers and investors buy or sell or invest in real estate in the Phoenix regional area of Arizona. These areas include Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale, Peoria, Vistancia, Surprise, Sun City, Mesa, Chandler and Tempe.

As a resident of Peoria AZ in the beautiful Trilogy Vistancia Community located a northwest suburb of Phoenix, I have seen first hand the amazing growth happening in this area.   The diversity of the available homes is one of the many wonderful aspects of our community.  This region has something for EVERY need from wonderful starter townhomes and single family homes or resort style 55+ Living communities all the way to multi-million dollar estate homes! 

I've earned my Military Relocation Professional® (MRP) certification through the National Association of Realtors which has provided insight and training to better equip me to assist our military personnel who are transferring (PCSing)  into and out of our region. I also have the Certified Distressed property Expert® (CDPE) designation which helps me to provide guidance to homeowners in distress who may be facing foreclosure.  I compassionately guide homeowners through the options available when facing a potential foreclosure. 

EXIT Realty Sun City has a mission to be an integral participant in the community.  We pride ourselves on being active supporters to many of the non-profit organizations serving the valley.  We follow the lead of our corporate office that provides matching donations through the Spirit of EXIT program.  A portion of the proceeds from every EXIT Realty Corp transaction across the nation goes to fund this program!
