Karina Malkoc

My name is Karina Malkoc and I have been licensed Real Estate Broker since 2017. Prior to becoming a Realtor, I worked in a law firm that specialized in Foreclosure Defense. As a result of that I have gained an extensive knowledge in the legal field of foreclosures. 

I was born and raised in Poland. I'm fluent in Polish and English. I'm also a mother to two little kids, which is why I chose a carrier in the Real Estate industry. It allows me to do what I love, and at the same time spend time with my kids when they need me. 

I work with buyers, sellers and investors all over Chicagoland area.  What sets me apart from other agents is that I listen to my clients needs and wants. I take time to get to know my clients and the situation they are in while working with them. It allows me better to assist them and lead them to a successful closing.

Buying or selling a property can be very stressful, so my goal is to help my clients through the process and take that stress away by guiding them every step of the way with my knowledge and expertise.
