Karley Hebert

Hi, I’m Karley Hebert—a licensed real estate agent with EXIT Realty Southern, serving Sulphur, Lake Charles, Moss Bluff, Westlake, Hackberry, and surrounding communities. I’m passionate about helping clients feel confident, cared for, and well-informed at every stage of their real estate journey.

Before entering real estate, I built my career in high-end event sales and operations—where attention to detail, communication, and creating exceptional client experiences are everything. I earned my degree in Hospitality Management and Tourism from NSU while interning with a wedding venue in Phoenix, Arizona. After graduating, I moved there full time and worked my way from Sales Coordinator to Sales Manager, leading tours and consultations at one of the company’s most popular venues and contributing over $1.9 million in event sales in 2020.

That experience taught me how to guide people through emotional, once-in-a-lifetime decisions—and it prepared me perfectly for real estate. I eventually returned home to support my family through a challenging time and decided to pursue a path that had been on my heart for years. Now, I’m proud to be part of the Land & Home Group, where I combine my love for people, strong organizational skills, and deep local roots to help others buy and sell with confidence.

Whether I’m working with first-time buyers, long-time homeowners, or clients navigating major life changes, my goal is always the same: to provide clear communication, trusted guidance, and an experience that feels as seamless and supportive as possible. I’m committed to helping clients feel confident in every decision and genuinely supported throughout the entire process.

Outside of real estate, you can usually find me serving tables at two of Lake Charles’ best restaurants, spending time with family, reading, or planning my next trip!
