Hello, my name is Kathi Boswell. I am a licensed realtor in Virginia. I specialize in Westmoreland County, to include Colonial Beach, Montross and Hague areas. I am originally from upstate New York. As an Army Brat we traveled until my dad retired in the Northern Virginia area. My husband and I moved to the Northern Neck about 30 years ago to raise our 3 children in a less hectic environment, where they could run our land without any worries and enjoy a slower pace of life. I have worked in the public schools for 15 years and am excited for a new adventure where I help others find their dream home.
