After graduating with a BS in Computer Science from West Virginia University, I relocated to New Jersey and met my husband while living at the Jersey shore. We started a Home Inspection business serving both the southern New Jersey and the Jersey shore areas, which we continue to serve today. We later moved to Medford, New Jersey and raised a wonderful daughter and son.  Both of my children attended the Medford public school system, graduating from Shawnee High School, and later from Virginia Tech.  As a resident of Medford, and working in both the Jersey shore and much of the other areas of New Jersey, I am well qualified to assist you in finding your primary resident or vacation dream home.

With my work background in the real estate industry, largely in a home inspection business capacity, I have decided to apply my extensive experience and knowledge to expand my career and become a New Jersey licensed Realtor with Exit Realty-JP Rothermel. 

Dealing with many buyers, sellers, realtors, real estate lawyers, property management companies, various inspection companies, and other affiliated professionals over the past 34+ years, affords me the opportunity to give my clients an edge and add simplicity to the home buying/selling experience.  In addition, I can provide insight into radon, water, and other environmental concerns for both home and commercial properties.

Exit Realty-JP Rothermel opened its doors in Medford, NJ in 2010, specializing in helping buyers and sellers invest in real estate properties in Southern New Jersey.  My team and I use the best innovative advertising and marketing techniques to attract potential buyers to our listed properties and work hard to match buyer's needs to their perfect home. 

When I am not working for you, I enjoy several outdoor activities including golfing, hiking, biking, and playing a little volleyball.
