Hi! I’m Katrece Boles, your Realtor. As both a resident of the Birmingham area and a Realtor, I have loved watching the area grow, revitalize, and cultivate thriving food scenes, arts and entertainment areas, historic sites, parks, and countless other attractions. My passion is working with residential and multi-family buyers, sellers, and investors. Whether you’re looking to sell an existing home and make a new purchase, are a new or established investor, first time home buyer, or looking to buy/sell/invest in secondary homes, my mission is to assist my clients with finding their dream neighborhoods & home styles.

A Little About Me

I was born in Memphis, TN and raised in Jackson, TN. I’m a 2^nd generation Realtor, who grew up in a real estate and business minded household. I’m a graduate of The University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a BA, in Psychology, and also have my MBA, in Healthcare Management.

From a young age I possessed the heart, and desire, to help others. That desire followed me into adulthood and plays a predominant part my becoming a Realtor. My professional background ranges from being a Case Manager working with the adult mentally ill homeless population in Knoxville, TN to working my way from an entry level hourly position up to management with FedEx Express. The management experience afforded me the opportunity to relocate to multiple states (from TN to MO finally AL).

In this time, I learned the importance of developing and maintaining great relationships with others. Having personally gone through the home buying process for multiple homes, including going through the new construction home buying process, ignited my desire to help individuals and families make their dreams of property/homeownership come true.
