Kelly Shaffer

Kelly Shaffer was born in Iowa and raised in Oregon.  After spending twenty years in California, Kelly moved to Tennessee for a fresh new start not realizing she would find the place she was meant to be all along.  Kelly obtained her Tennessee Affiliate Broker license in July 2024 and is focused on building a real estate business under the EXIT Realty Garden Gate Team shingle.  While Kelly may be new to the buy and sell portion of real estate, she brings over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, where she developed skills in residential mortgages, loan origination, and general real estate transactions.  Real estate was her first passion.

In her "private" life, Kelly’s also has a passion for history and the paranormal.  She is a published paranormal author and podcast host.  She has written and researched ghosts, UFOs, and cryptids since 2010, resulting in several published articles and the book, "The Paranormal Pages - Collection One." She produces and hosts two podcasts where she explores the paranormal with veterans of the field.

In her off time, you may also find her on her 2015 Harley Davidson Heritage Softail riding the back roads of Tennessee and Kentucky or hanging out with her dog, Diamond, at various events and locations.
