My name is Kelly Steichen, and I specialize in helping buyers and sellers sell and invest in real estate in Maryland, DC, VA, PA  and WV.

I have over 15 years experience in the real estate industry. As a Realtor with EXIT Realty Center, I offer specialized knowledge, tools and solutions that exceed the expectations of my clients. I have been a resident of Maryland since 1975. I have been happily married for over 36 years and have 2 wonderful children and 5 grandchildren. Before pursuing my true passion in Real Estate, I owned and operated my own insurance agency for 15 years. I have enjoyed volunteer work in the schools and local community churches and organizations, and believe in giving back to others.  As our founder Steve Morris says, "When you are down, reach up.  When you are up, reach down."

"Kelly took care of me. When I decided to work with her I had already had the property I wanted in mind. It was a short sale. She warned me about it but stuck with me through the 5 month process and when it fell through she took me to see another property that I was so sure I wanted. Never complained or scolded me. She could have just shown me that property and let me go for it but instead decided to show me some comparable properties at different price ranges in the area and as a result I found a property that I like way better than either property I set my sights on and cost less than the property I was going for the second time around.
