Kendall Sukach left a 22-year career in pediatric dentistry to start her adventure as a REALTOR®
in Colorado. With her passion for staying active outdoors and supporting local small businesses,
the move to Colorado was the perfect fit for Kendall. Staying active became paramount in her
life in 2009 when she began her journey to losing 207lbs through lifestyle changes. She has
since proudly maintained her weight loss and is passionate about inspiring others through
leading by example. The pride Colorado communities have in supporting local is phenomenal
and Kendall makes it a top priority to be a part of that support by bringing awareness to local
businesses through her videos and social media.
Kendall is currently part of the EXIT Realty Mountain View family in Colorado Springs. She has
been the top producer for the last three years and has earned awards including the Key to
Success Award and the Spirit of Exit Award. She received an award from the corporate level for
having over 25 transactions in 2021 and year after year is one of the top listing brokers in her
brokerage. Kendall was featured by ?Colorado Springs Real Producers? in 2022 and ?Exit
Achiever? in 2021. She has also completed the Ninja Selling program.
Beyond having a Colorado Associate Brokers license, Kendall is also part of the National
Association of REALTORS®. She is always continuing her education through many different
avenues including books, seminars, and classes. Her confidence, tenacity, skill, and sense of
humor help her clients feel at ease. They know she will get the job done and they might just
have a little fun along the way. She believes frequent and open communication will take the
fear out of your real estate transaction and she is always available to answer your questions
and guide you through the process. She genuinely cares about her clients, and it shows in her
attention to detail and devotion to her clients? goals.
Kendall is also a proud member of the Success Collective Tri-Lakes Chapter. The Success
Collective is a networking group founded around the ideas of ?The Go-Giver? by Bob Burg and
John David Mann. The members, or catalysts, are dedicated to helping each other?s businesses
succeed and paying it forward in the community.
In her free time, she absolutely loves being outdoors enjoying all the beauty Colorado has to
offer. Some of her favorite outdoor activities are hiking, biking, running, and skiing. She is also a
huge foodie and love exploring local restaurants, breweries, and distilleries.
