Kim Klinkrodt

Kim is a multi-passionate real estate broker based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where she has lived for 25 years. She has an intimate knowledge of the area and a deep love for the outdoors and all that Santa Fe and surrounding areas have to offer.

Prior to becoming a real estate broker, Kim has worked as a professional landscaper and designer, a hotel manager, and currently manages several of her own properties, along with caring for her family. She also has a great love and flair for interior design and creating solutions for spaces that need to be re-imagined.

With her extensive local knowledge and commitment to exceptional customer service, she strives to make the buying and selling process as smooth and stress-free as possible, and is passionate about helping clients find their dream homes and achieve their real estate goals.
