Kirk Groombridge

Hi, I'm Kirk Groombridge, the Broker of Record and owner of EXIT Realty CK Elite.  My team and I have a combined 100+ years of full-time Real Estate Sales and Marketing experience and we love serving our community of Chatham-Kent. 

I was originally licensed in real estate back in 2002 while living in southern California.  By 2005 I had opened up my own brokerage in Burbank, CA where my wife and I lived with our two children.  In 2009 we decided to up root our little family and return to Chatham-Kent where I had been born and raised.  I was re-licensed in Ontario and partnered up with my father, Dale, who was also a full-time real estate Broker.  In 2015 we added Dan Moon (sales representative) to our team and became "The G&M Homeselling Team".  Since then we have continued to grow, but one thing remains consistant and that is our love of serving the people of CK!
