Koy Banks, Broker/Owner of EXIT Elite Realty has been in the real estate business for 12 years and earned his Broker's license 5 years ago.

Koy specializes in helping agents build their real estate career. His multi-faceted expertise is of great benefit to his clients and agents. He is passionate about helping his agents develop their skills and master every aspect of the real estate business, ensuring all the firm's clients receive the level of service(s) he would provide himself. 
Koy holds regular training and coaching sessions with his agents to ensure they are all well trained, so they can serve their clients at an expert level.

Koy takes his responsibility as a Broker/leader seriously and has become one of the best trained in the business. He has earned the designations of CDPE, CRDS, and OICP. Koy has also completed training with some of the industry's leading REALTORS, Brokers and best known Trainers. He is equipped with the expert knowledge to guide and coach his agents in any specialty they wish to develop, and to assist his clients in all of their real estate endeavors. Additionally, he is constantly researching the latest marketing strategies and technologies available in the marketplace to ensure his agents and office remain the best in the area. 

A first class education combined with years of learning in the field has served Koy well. He has been awarded the Exit Realty Corp International Bronze Award the last five years from 2009-2014, Sliver Award in 2015, and the Exit Sapphire Circle Award for closing 250+ transactions with Exit. Prior to that he was at RE/Max Colonial Homes and received several Top Ten production awards.
