Kris Klair

Kris Klair opened his first EXIT Realty Consultants office in the Central Valley of California at the end of 2005, in his hometown of Turlock. Following the success of this office, he opened locations from Tracy to Fresno.

Kris Klair has been on the Board of Directors for California Association of Realtors, Central Valley Association of Realtors, on the Board of Directors of the Ceres Chamber of Commerce, President of Central Valley Association of REALTORS, President of Nor-Cal EXIT Realty Brokers Council, member of the 20/30 club, and is currently on the board for California Real Estate Brokers.

Kris also sponsors various charity fundraisers through his office under EXIT's Helping Hand, a charity program he and his team of agents started, helpings charities such as the March of Dimes, Kids Cure for Cancer, Salvation Army, Valley Children's Hospital, Ronald McDonald's House, CASA and most recently Jessica's House.
