Kyle Webb

Kyle Webb is an Owner and REALTOR® at EXIT Realty Legacy with locations in Sugarhouse and St. George, UT. A REALTOR® since 2006, Kyle specializes in successful negotiations and strives to get his clients the best deal possible. With a focus on residential sales in Salt Lake City, Park City, Heber City, and the surrounding communities, he partners with his daughter Angelina. Kyle excels at customer service and believes strongly that the agents in his office are his client just as much as a homebuyer or seller.  He is constantly researching the latest marketing strategies and technologies available in the marketplace to ensure he and his agents consistently utilize the best tools to market and find homes for their clients. Kyle believes that education is paramount to success in any industry. He conducts regular training and coaching sessions with his agents to ensure they are all  well trained as he is so they can get the most and the best out of their careers. Kyle has earned the designations of Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), 203k Specialist (RCC), and is a member of the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS® (SLBR),  Park City Board of REALTORS® (PCBOR) , Utah Association of REALTORS® (UAR), National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), and the Wasatch Front Regional Multiple Listing Service (WFRMLS). Kyle gives back to the community by donating to and building for Habitat for Humanity. Outside of real estate, Kyle is a hobby farmer. He also loves spending time with his children and grandchildren.
