Whether you are purchasing or selling, you will work together as a team!  As a graduate of Roosevelt University with a degree in legal studies, coupled with LaQuita's background in legal advocacy, she has a better understanding of contracts and negotiations.

As your buyer's advocate, LaQuita will research, evaluate, and negotiate the purchase of the home. Her sole motivation is to ensure that her clients' interests are represented and that they receive the best-guided purchase experience.

For her listing clients, LaQuita Hearn-Quinn showcases her homes on her website.  In addition to researching the local real estate market, assisting with determining asking price, coordinating visits, and negotiating with buyers on her client's behalf, LaQuita is also an experienced home stager and event producer.

LaQuita is a wife and mother. When she is not spending time with family and friends, she serves as Vice President of the PTO, Secretary of a non-profit board, and Development Manager for CAASE.
