LeShai Phelps

I was born and raised in Madison County, KY, so I am familiar with many areas of Kentucky.  I graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelors degree in Business Management.  Throughout my professional career, I have held supervisory and management positions in corporate settings.  As I developed professionally and observed those around me, I grew to understand effective leadership is a natural born trait and is a responsibility to be taken seriously.  While growing professionally, Real Estate ownership and investment opportunities remained an aspiration of mine.  After many failed attempts to find the perfect agent for myself, I decided to become one.  I observed how the process could have been better enhanced and vowed if I were ever on the other side of the table, I would dedicate myself to my client by posing an enriched experience with integrity.  I am ecstatic about joining the EXIT family so I can accept the responsibility of being the ideal agent for you.  As our company mission states-"Real Estate is what we do, families are why we do it".  As the oldest of my siblings and coming from a large extended family, I have always understood how precious family is.  Growing up, it was a Sunday tradition to meet at a family members home after church for dinner and family time.  This helped me develop the close relationships I have with my family and create the wonderful memories we share and reflect upon.   I am passionate to guide you to buy or sell your home in the greater Kentucky area, so you can create those special memories with your family as I still do with mine.  In my spare time, I love to cook, travel, event plan, and spend time with my family.  So, let's get started with your adventure today!  You may reach me anytime on my cell, 859-582-6493 or by email, LeShai@exitrealtycrutcher.com.
