About LeShai

My name is LeShai Phelps.  I am a Real Estate agent with EXIT Realty Crutcher.  

While growing professionally, real estate ownership and investment opportunities remained an aspiration of mine.  Although I specialize in the sell or purchase of residential and multi-family homes, I also desire to become skillful with commercial and other ranges of property types.  

As a lifelong resident of Central Kentucky, I am familiar with many areas within the state, including Clark County, Jessamine County, Madison County, Fayette County, and surrounding areas.  As an agent, I am dedicated to my clients.  I am passionate to provide an enriched buying and selling experience with integrity.
