I am the Broker/Owner of EXIT Realty Living Legacy and a full-time, licensed residential REALTOR® and Designated Broker proudly serving the Greater Phoenix Metro area, including Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Peoria, and Maricopa.

I have been helping buyers and sellers build their real estate legacy since 2016. Over the years, I have continually expanded my expertise by earning multiple national designations and my Broker license, allowing me to lead with knowledge, integrity, and confidence. My certifications include GRI®, ABR®, SRS®, MRP®, SRES®, RENE®, and HFR, along with membership as a NAREB Realtist®.

As a Broker/Owner, my passion extends beyond transactions. I am deeply committed to sponsoring, mentoring, and retaining both new and seasoned agents, helping them develop strong foundations, scalable systems, and fulfilling, long-term real estate careers. In addition to real estate, I bring years of experience as an Interior Designer and Professional Stager, enabling me to help sellers prepare their homes to sell faster and for more money, while guiding buyers in creating spaces they truly love. I also possess over 25 years of accounting and business experience, which translates into meticulous attention to detail, strong contract negotiation, and smooth closings. I utilize state-of-the-art technology to ensure my clients and agents receive an exceptional experience every step of the way.

On a personal note, I’m originally from California, with 40 years of roots in Seattle, Washington. Arizona became home in 2015 thanks to its incredible opportunities, sunshine, and dynamic real estate market. Raised by a military father and a teacher mother, I bring discipline, empathy, and clear communication to everything I do. I am family-oriented, upbeat, and relationship-driven, and I believe real estate is about far more than property—it’s about people, purpose, and legacy.
