My name is Lisette Zapatier Urbano, and I am a bilingual real estate professional dedicated to helping clients navigate one of life’s most significant decisions—buying or selling a home. Born and raised in Queens, New York, my family and I eventually settled on Long Island, where we currently reside.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Texas at San Antonio, where I developed a deep understanding of human behavior and communication—skills I now bring to my real estate career. While attending college, I managed rental properties in Massapequa, New York, traveling frequently between Texas and New York. This hands-on experience cultivated my passion for real estate and sparked my desire to help others find a place they can truly call home.
