The majority of my clients become great friends. 95 of my sales come from referrals. There is no better way to advertise than good service. I have lived in the area for 3 decades years. I am originally from Louisiana, the land of trustworthy, hardworking people and great food. I am extremely involved in athletics in the state. I was the director of the professional dance group the Florida Sunsations and was the  USF Spirit Coordinator.   My girls cheered and danced at UF and one married the quarterback whom currently plays in the NFL.  The other daughter married a physician and is a PA in Dallas.  My son followed his fathers footsteps by playing college baseball an currently resides in Tampa.  I have 8 grandchildren.  All are the apple of my eye.  I am a graduate of LSU. Helping people find their dream home is so uplifting as is coaching. I would love to meet you and help you. I am relocation certified, have run the REO (foreclosure) dept for our office and can easily close a short sale. The average time it takes me to get a contract on a listing is 18 days.
