Hello, everyone! Thank you so much for viewing my Mobile Business Card. My name is Lou Chillemi and I have been a full time real estate agent with EXIT Realty Achieve since 2022! I am proud to assist buyers, sellers and investors with their real estate needs in the five boroughs and all of Long Island!  I not only specialize in helping first-time buyers find their perfect home, but I also partner with many mortgage lenders who all have different programs for first time home buyers! Every single one of them are committed to having buyers achieve their dreams owning their very first home! I have a team you can trust throughout the whole process!

EXIT Realty Achieve promotes the values of family and community through our agent base, and participate in community events, such as our charity Candles For Hope, where we anonymously hold birthday parties for homeless children. Our team meets regularly to brainstorm ideas and help one another!

I graduated from West Babylon High School in 2007 and attended Suffolk County Community College where I received my Associates Degree in Exercise Science. I worked as a master personal trainer for ten years at LA Fitness in Levittown, Long Island. Still to this day, I love helping people achieve and reach their fitness goals. After ten years in the fitness industry, I wanted a change but still wanted to help people any way that I could. I immediately got interested in real estate and the rest is history!
