Marcus Ervin

I am a licensed Realtor with nearly 20 years of experience in representing clients in purchasing and selling various types of properties, from residential homes to income-producing properties in the Baltimore-Metro and DC-Metro regions. My passion for real estate, design, and the built environment led me to obtain my Bachelor?s Degree in Architecture & Environmental Design from Morgan State University in 2007 and later my Masters in Real Estate Development from the University of Maryland College Park in 2009. I am now an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland, where I teach students about real estate development and the built environment.

I am originally from Washington, D.C., but I spent most of my younger years in Montgomery and Prince George's County. I attended Gonzaga College High School in Washington, D.C., and obtained my real estate license in 2005. Since then, I have remained a consistent top performer in the industry, assisting first-time and second-time home buyers, real estate investors, renters, and sellers within the Baltimore-Metro region. In addition, I also help clients purchase new construction homes.

As an advisor and advocate for my clients, I take extra care and diligence in understanding their goals, motivations, wants, desires, and aspirations beyond the transaction itself. I pride myself on my knowledge of newly planned communities, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services, including mortgage products, insurance, and inspection information. However, the most rewarding feeling comes from seeing my clients open the door to their first and second homes and celebrating family milestones with them.

My family and I have settled in Glen Burnie, where I am an active community member. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, exercising and volunteering.
