Mariah Lingerfelt

Hi! I am a proud mother, wife, REALTOR and transaction coordinator here at EXIT Realty Gateway South. I have been a licensed agent since 2018 and am honored to be a part of this outstanding real estate family. 

I am a southern transplant, born and raised in north eastern Indiana. Marriage and the military brought me south in late 2012. After high school I began my college career in Evansville, IN at the University of Southern Indiana with plans to attend medical school. While attending college I met my husband through a mutual friend who had just been stationed here at Fort Campbell and moved to Clarksville. While stationed here my husband and I bought our first home, I obtained a B.S. in Biology at Austin Peay, and we began growing our family. Today we are a family of 5, with 3 beautiful daughters.

We decided to return to Tennessee post military life to continue sewing roots and building traditions in this ever growing city. After several career paths and numerous military moves I developed a passion for everything real estate and all it has to offer. Military life brought about a lot of moving and time apart, so I obtained my real estate license in 2018 so that I had the ability to be present for our children and their extracurricular activities as they grow older. Post military my husband obtained his CDL-A and works over the road as a long haul flatbed driver so we wanted to be sure one of us had the flexibility to be present for them.

Family is important, and I look forward to helping all of my clients and their families find their dream homes through the entire transaction process.
