Real Estate career is focused on both First-Time Homebuyers and Seniors transitioning to new and maybe smaller homes and locations.  Of course, I can be successful with all Buyers and Sellers interested in a planned approach to maybe the biggest financial transactions of their lives.

After years of working with the affordibility programs in the Bay Area, I have a special interest in helping find the perfect first home for young singles or families.  I can also be a coach on the BMR program and weather it is best for purchase OR if a market rate home offers a better long term investment.

As a Senior Real Estate Specialist, I have experience in transactions such as downsizing, transfers and Senior Communities in South County.  My list of contacts and sources will be critical to help plan the transition and movement of family heirlooms.
