Marica Wilson is one of the youngest agents, bringing fresh energy, professionalism, and long-term vision to the Chicago real estate market. Currently earning her bachelor’s degree in business management while actively building her real estate career, Marica is also preparing for law school with the goal of becoming a real estate attorney in the future.

Coming from a background where generational wealth wasn’t handed down, Marica is committed to helping others break systemic cycles, build financial freedom, and create legacies through real estate. Every deal is personal for her, and her passion for helping first-time buyers, sellers, and investors comes from her own journey of learning and growth.

Known for her work ethic, attention to detail, and approachable style, Marica treats every client with care and dedication whether they are buying their first home, selling, or building an investment portfolio. She is also focused on growing her own investment business, with plans to own multiple Airbnb and short-term rental properties.

Her long-term vision includes becoming a licensed real estate attorney, building a top-producing real estate team, and launching her own real estate school to mentor the next generation of agents and entrepreneurs especially those who come from similar backgrounds. With big goals, a grounded spirit, and a heart for service, Marica is building a career and a legacy that is only just getting started.
