Mark Ogletree

My name is Mark Ogletree, commonly known as Twig.  I live in the great state of Tennessee were I was born and raised in the Upper Cumberland area.  In my opinion it is the best place to in the world to live.  If you dont already know that, I cant wait to show you. 

I know the lay of the land in the Upper Cumberland as good as anyone.  I have lived in 17 different neighborhoods in 4 different cities, attended 7 different schools, built a business in all 16 counties, and pastor a church that actively serves in at least 5 of those counties.  With that being said I know I can serve you well. 

My real experience in real estate began in 2017 when a friend and I decided to fix-n-flip a home, which led to many others.  In this, I discovered something exciting that I loved it and wanted to pursue it further.  I knew to succeed in real estate, I needed to know more about it all.  Which lead me to enroll in a one year real estate investing school that included a mentor from Ft. Lauderdale, FL.  Boom!  It was in that opportunity that I knew that I could help make a difference in a number of ways.  I had an unquenchable passion for making property more attractive, more valuable and easily obtainable.

I am honored to have joined the team at EXIT Rocky Top Realty.  Principal brokers Dino & Catherine Cates and their team have been consistently providing quality and professional services since 2003, and their results speak highly year after year as they land in the top 5 in the Upper Cumberland in annual sales.  I am delighted to be a part of that culture, their values, and united in their goals.

Its in my past experiences, devotion in serving others, commitment to doing business with the highest integrity, and my own personal and family ambitions, that I believe I am the right person to help you with any of your real estate needs.

In addition to real estate, I can also be found serving God at I AM Worship Church, mentoring others as entrepreneurs in a direct selling business, Team National, while serving as an advisor to the board at Adult & Teen Challenge of the Upper Cumberland, and as an Overton County community board member for Habitat for Humanity.  I also volunteer with Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Women at the Well Food Ministry, and Emmaus of the Cumberlands.

Alongside my wife, we enjoy chasing our children around to their events and games while sometimes coaching them.  You will meet them soon.

Although I have a lot of community involvement, this will not hinder me from serving each of my prospective clients with the one on one service that I would give my family.
