Marsha Patterson

Hi Y'all!! 
Welcome to learning a little bit about Marsha!

I was born and raised right here in East Tennessee.  I am knowledgeable in rural, suburban, land/lots, and lake front properties.  From the mountains to the valleys, I love this state! 

I'm a devoted wife to my husband, Bob, and a proud mom to four amazing kiddos.  When I'm not being a #1 (and sometimes too loud) fan at any sporting event that my little Patterson's are working hard at, you will find me relaxing on the porch in an easy chair with my husband and a cup of coffee while watching our two doggies, Kozzie and C.C. playing together. 

I consider it an honor to be chosen by my clients to represent them in every step of the home buying or selling process.  Whether it's a new build or an established home, I love being a part of their story! 

2020-2021, my husband and I sold, rented and eventually bought a house with land in a crazy market.  So, I can fully relate with all the emotions that can come with the up and down moments that come with the real estate process. I empathetically walk with my clients through each step insuring you feel heard, educated, and confident in your personal experience with me.  I want all my clients to know, "If it's important to you, it's important to me"   I will always be the one to help you stay focused on the prize because I know how special the end result truly is!

One of my favorite things about being a REALTOR is making memorable moments with my clients.   Each moment is as unique and precious as the people I meet in this business. Everyone has a special story...I just happen to have a front row seat while cheering them on to the reach their goals.  I guess you can say...I'm a #1 fan to my clients, as well! :)
