Having relocated to Sarasota from Buffalo, NY in 1968 I've seen a lot of changes and growth in the area. From a quiet, “away from it all”, kind of place, Sarasota and the region have grown to be one of the true gems of the Florida Sun Coast. Moving here was terrifying for me at age 14 but I soon realized that most of the kids I met at school were transplants as well and I soon saw moving to Sarasota as one of the best thing that ever happened to me. In school I was drawn to and excelled in music and over the years after earning a degree in music education I was eventually playing music across the country in various musical groups. Meeting my lovely wife Amy in 1982 we started our family having 2 boy, now 31 & 33. I still love and play music frequently in the region and have seen that it fits perfectly with my real estate world. In  1996 I founded New Deal Entertainment, a full service entertainment company providing entertainment and related services to the private club and corporate market of country clubs, yacht clubs, active adult communities, fairs, festivals and corporate events. In 2000 I started to buy and manage income properties getting a life-sized picture of the real estate business. I liked that environment  and obtained my Real estate license to help bring people and their dream homes together.
