Matthew Baron

Matthew Baron is a full time licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Exit Realty connections. He was born and raised in Dutchess County. Matt earned his BA in Business Administration with Marketing focus from The University at Buffalo. Prior to Real Estate, Matt spent 10 years in digital and print advertising/marketing sales. He is an expert marketer specializing in search engine marketing, a skill that serves his clients well when listing their home. Matt sells residential homes in the  Hudson Valley. He specializes in first time home buyers, first time investors and relocations, in both Orange, Dutchess, and Ulster Counties. Matt enjoys taking a direct, hands on approach with his clients and is well supported by his office support staff and team at Exit Realty Connections.  Matt truly understands the dynamics marketing in the Hudson Valley real estate market and is an expert at educating his/her clients so they can make the best decisions for their needs.

 

When not servicing his clients, Matt coaches the Hudson Valley Cardinals of the Hudson Valley National Adult Baseball Association (HVNABA), as well as captain/manager of his pool team in American Pool Players association (APA) since 2006.

Matthew Baron is a member in good standing of the Dutchess County Association of Realtors (DCAR), New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR), and the National Association of Realtos (NAR) in addition to the Hudson Gateway Multiple Listing Service.  He helps the community by volunteering and donating to Habitat for Humanity.  To date Exit Realty has donated over $2.25 Million to the charity and built more than 15 Habitat Homes.
