Matthew Iorio

My name is Matthew Iorio and I am a licensed Real Estate Agent with Exit Realty.  I am a member in good standing with Dutchess County Association of Realtors (DCAR), New York Association of Realtors (NYSAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Buying or selling a house is exciting and should be fun, at least when you have a professional who is dedicated to helping you.  Someone there before, during and after your transaction, anticipating problems, and working to bring about the best outcome at every stage.

Matthew has been excited about real estate since he was a teenager but followed a path to help people through health care.  He has spent the last 25 years in the field of Radiation Oncology.  He is committed to serving people with his excellent customer service skills and positive attitude.  Matthew has received multiple awards for excellent patient care including the prestigious Plane-tree award for patient centered care.

During Matthew’s childhood he moved often due to his father’s job.  He was born in Alaska and has lived in many areas of the country.  He now calls beautiful New York his home. Matthew settled in Wappingers Falls with his wife and four children. He has extensive knowledge of Dutchess County and has a passion for real estate and home renovation. 

In his spare time, you can find Matthew at local car shows.  He is an avid car enthusiast, who appreciates anything to do with cars, from older classic cars to modern luxury cars.
