Melissa Torres-Echevarria is a full time realtor who has been making her client's dream a reality since 2002. She got her career in sales started while working for one of the top NYC radio stations back in 1993 and also gained a vast knowledge in promotions and marketing which she transferred over to her real estate career which helped introduce herself in her market area.

Based in South Queens, Melissa is the expert to help you with all of your home buying and selling needs in Ozone Park, Woodhaven, Richmond Hill, Howard Beach and Brooklyn.

Specializing in CBR (Certified Buyer Representative) and Short Sales her multi-faceted expertise is of great benefit to her clients.

Melissa has earned a degree in communications from New York City Technical College that provided the solid background on which her career is built. As an agent of EXIT Realty she uses the latest internet technologies to market and find homes at an expert level.

In addition she is a member of (NAR) National Association of Realtors and (LIBOR) Long Island Board of Realtors.

Melissa has helped her community in many capacities from assisting in soup kitchen, donating Thanksgiving baskets to families in need, advocating on behalf of families with children on the autism spectrum, organizing blood drives, participated in Asthma Walks with the American Lung Association and donating to Habitat for Humanity and even assisted on a Habitat build in 2003.

In Melissa's free time she enjoys, dancing (especially salsa dancing), and spending quality time with her family, especially her husband and son.
